Adblue level reading 2000 miles constantly

Adblue level reading 2000 miles constantly
Hi
I have a 2016 c250 amg line premium plus.
about 2 month ago I had eml light on, took to guys who service it and they advised its nox system related and needed to leave it for inspection. I took the car away and after few days I had run the fuel tank down and refilled and the light went out shortly after.
Fast forward a month and I filled my adblue but the level never changed, reads about half full with mileage of 2000. I put in a bottle of adblue decrystaliser hoping it might sort things out but hasn’t.
anybody else had similar, what was fix for you
