I have a 2016 Mercedes C300 RWD. A year ago, the car got a check engine light for turbo low boost. Accordingly, I replaced the Turbo and once I started the car, everything went fine except something was a little bit weird; once I start the ignition every-time after replacing the turbo the check engine light and airbag light stays a little bit longer than the other lights on dashboard then disappear. I don’t understand stand the reason for this!!!
a couple days after once I kick down the Turbo the car starts to shake like misfiring is going on the. The check engine light flashes and stays on. When I check the code it shows misfire!!! If I cleared it the car drives totally normal only if I didn’t kick down the turbo. Since then, I replaced the ignition coils, spark plugs, air filter, cleaned throttle body, replaced crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, camshaft magnets. The car drives totally normal but this light for the air bag and check engine stays a little bit longer. The car gave me the codes which I fixed and cleared but still not normal once I kick down the turbo. Please any advice will be appreciated based on similar experience. This is lot of money spent on diy basis unfortunately the issues remained hence you need professional help ie MB scanner at the dealer to pay once and fix the issue once for all
