Are navigation sd cards available for a c300 2020? I looked on eBay and Amazon but couldn't work out which one would work

Your 2020 C300 is a W205 not a W206. I suggest you post your question in the W205 section of this forum. The owners in the W205 section will be more than glad to help you. The new W206 C class has not gone on sale in the U.S. yet, not until later this year.
