I believe this option is not available in a number of markets and for sure not in the UK. I have it on my car and I'm not sure it makes a huge difference. It has only 2.5 degree in each direction, but that is the maximum at slow speed. It's possible to monitor from the display how much angle is being delivered and at higher speeds on tight curves this is usually less than 1 degree, so very minimal. On the highway it's often as little as 0.1 degree when charging lanes. It helps of course unpacking garages but not in a hugely noticeable way. I think if it was possible to purchase an upgrade to 4.5 or 10 degrees (like with the S Class) I would do it to ge the most from the system.
