Just noticed this (weatherstrip loose) today on my car. I noticed it first on the rear passenger side door, then when I looked closer ant the rear driver's side door, it was starting to do the same thing. Did you take your vehicle to the dealership yet? Any issues any getting this repaired? Thanks!

I’m having the same issue and it’s been 2 months since mercedes has ordered the part and I haven’t gotten it yet. Expect 3+ month wait if they don’t have it.

Okay, thanks. Good to know! I've had my car for just over 6 weeks so far, 3 of which were spent at the dealership (brake rotors, steering rack, driver's seat noise, phone charging pad). Just got the car back a few days ago. Maybe I'll try calling them and sending them pictures so they can order the parts before I take the car there.

YES! I would call them immediately so they can order the part. When they get it then you can schedule and appointment with them and it shouldn’t take more than 1-2 hours to install it.

I also had my brake rotors replaced too as well. Such a pain.

I had the brake issue, 3 weeks. Then the phone charge issue at which time they looked into why the foot trunk open/close didn't work. Turns out even with the build sheet saying it was there, it is empty and waiting on chips!

Hey! Quick question, I also have some noise in the driver's seat. It is probably caused by the cushion rubbing the the seat holder. Plus also some noise coming from the behind the seat. So, I was wondering that was the issue with yours? Were they able to fix it? If so, how? Thanks!

I’ve kept my appt at the dealer as what happened is not normal, especially since they chose to make the AC controls part of the screen! I doubt they will find anything wrong though, one local dealer said they don’t even have enough techs to work on the newer models yet.
I had the same issue, middle screen not turning on. MBUX software is latest already. Dealer checked and they found several error messages stored in the system. Mercedes now says to replace several radio modules. When the parts will arrive is still a question. In the meantime I will use the car as is, with the faults

On my car, the noise seems to come from the seat instead of the back. It sounds sort of like plastic click or pop sound. I haven't been able to pinpoint the source but it seems like the sound is coming from the left hand side, perhaps near the door pillar. Worth mentioning, the noise seems to mostly happen when making turns - especially left hand turns. Unfortunately, the fix the dealership performed (copied some info below) didn't resolve or even improve it. It's annoying but not unbearable. I'm trying not to listen for it when I drive. I'll take it back at some point to have them look at it again - maybe when I have the seals on the rear doors fixed.

From Service Invoice -
PTSS cases and campaigns found applicable LI document LI91.10-P-067955 which is related to the vehicle's concern....Performed a seat back trim examination and diagnostic. Found the left front seat back trim is the point of concern. Further examination found it requires repair. Accessed and repaired seat back trim with all other related new seals gaskets and non-reusable hardware and reinstalled all components. Add Teflon tape on all edges of seat backrest trim as stated in the LI document.
