Lucky you are in the USA and have the Lemon Law to protect you.
If you were in Canada, you need to take the car and leave it there and tell them you don't want it back until they solve the problem. Or you may have to reach to Corporate for additional help and see IF they can help however just a heads up. All Automotive customer service at that level is weak and lack empathy and care and this does not exclude Mercedes - Luxury brand where you expect more.

Took mine to the dealer (was getting random Cooling System Error). Following Brazilian Mercedes recommendation they have checked wires and groundings. They were also doing the same to a C200 that had problems just like yours. Mine has been working flawless for a week since it returned.

Were you able to get this resolved? I just purchased a 2023 C300 and encountered this same issue on day 1. The car is currently at the dealership being checked out. I'm not even sure if I want it if this is going to be an ongoing problem.

Probably just a discharged battery unlikely will be an actual issue down the road but please keep us posted on the dealership's findings.

This has been really helpful. I have experienced the same issue today. Brand new 2023 C300. The dealership is saying it’s a software issue.
My question is should I / do I call the 1-800 number now to “register” my issue? Can ProCPA, please let me (a fellow CPA!), know and if the issue with the 2022 C300 resolved?
PS: I am new to this forum and trying to familiarize myself with the protocol.
thanks!

Same issue here. Purchased my 2023 c300 3 days ago. Over 30 messages stating something is wrong with car. From airbags to electrical on board malfunctions. So stressing to have so many things wrong with a brand new car.
