245/40 R19 on 8.0J x 19 ET 43.1 (front), 265/35 R19 on 9.5J x 19 ET61 (rear)
this is stock c43 - so this will surely fit. Your set up is 11mm more aggressive. The tires are too thin IMO. 225 on 8.5 is stretched. 255 on 9.5 - same thing.
I'd say if you're lowering it's fine, otherwise you're gambling. depends on the look you're after and what other modification you're doing. H&R already have lowering springs for this car

vossen hf3 only available in select sizes. If I had to guess 8.5et40 (probably front or even square). Rear does look like it has more dish though so rear could be 9.5et40 or even 10et50
lowering would give another at least 10mm of clearance over stock with the natural camber (this is lowered)
