AC blowing only hot air !
Hello everyone,
Five months ago i purchased a C200 model year 2022 with just less than 500 km milage now.
Yesterday night i was backing up my luggage on the trunk for a summer escape, but unfortunately the story began when the trunk was not responding to closing button, then rear lights blinking, then total darkness with no power to start or even a small light. So i tried to jump start and i was successful to start the car and revive it.
Now everything is perfect except that my AC is not cooling at all and only blowing hot air from all vent outlets front and back!!
Any suggestions on how to make AC reset (like the Defrost + recirculation of older benz models)

it happens today to me , the same it blows only hot air , I dropped few hours ago at the dealer , an I’m waiting for the diagnostic from them.
i hope the damage is under warranty and don’t take to long to repair

Solved
Hi Jose,
Yes problem solved.
I took it to the dealer and they diagnosed that AC refrigerant gas leaked out fully from a defective evaporator unit !!!
They took over 2 weeks to repair it as the part needed was not in stock.
Unfortunately, in my case it was not covered under warranty (despite it is clearly a defective unit) as my car was imported by a local showroom and not by the dealer. For which Mercedes terms of international warranty coverage do not include AC system as this German spec car was not meant for my country ambient conditions!
