Adding Distronic Adaptive Cruise Control
I would have liked some more of the driver assistance on my car (which was a stock model) such as Distronic cruise control.
Do you think this may become available as an activation with the existing hardware in the car?

Be careful what you ask for, you may not want it. I had it in my A220 and found that it made driving more difficult instead of easier. Not only do you have to be just as alert as when you are driving yourself keeping your hands on the steering wheel etc., you also have to make sure the Distronic system does not make any strange moves. Basically, it's twice as difficult as just driving the car yourself. I never used it other than just testing it out. Save your money.
Pretty sure you can't add it on anyway.

LOL "You have to be just as ALERT as when you are driving" I first had distronic in '14, while driving in the early morning the angle of the sun blinded the camera and stopped operating. The ONLY warning was that the green steering wheel turned gray however I noticed that only after i saw we were drifting off line.
IMO the drivers, I saw on You Tube videos, asleep at the wheel should have their drivers PRIVILEGES revoked for stupidity.
