Voice assistant / not online
Hello, recently the voice assistant is not showing results due lack of internet connection (weather, traffic etc) A non wifi symbol appears at the top of main cluster that's was not before. It's strange because i haven't change anything in the settings. Wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issue. Checked every toggle in the settings menu but no results.

None, when the issue happened I purchased the T mobile hotspot just in case but no results. I think somebody in the dealer told me the car came with a cellphone sim card integrated and that is how it connects to the web. Maybe the sim card is messed up because everything was working fine without the need to purchase anything additional. Thanks for the reply!

The reason why I asked is because I had a similar problem with no data coming through the Tmobile Hotspot. My solution was to delete every "Internet" sources from the internet setting page (including the Hotspot) then re-select the Tmobile Hotspot again. After that my internet has been solid.

Sad to report that nothing changed, even did a reset of the whole system!! I guess it's time to schedule an appointment. Last time the person at the dealer know less than me on how to manage this new mbux. Thanks for your help!
