Looking for any w206 c class owners (especially in the Uk) who took delivery at or before April 2022.Have an ongoing issue with the absence of music playing/radio channel icon display in the center of the classic dials .Been speaking with my local dealer who now informs me this wasn't an option in cars built before may 2022.He further mentioned it was only added on the 2nd build of cars .I found the explanation strange and decided to look for any other owners with cars registered at or before April 2022 for comparison. If you have a class registered within the dates specified can you please send a photo or video with the music option on display .I have added a video of my current dash below

I have updated the mbux software to latest version .the dealer technician I spoke with today had been in touch with a specialist mercedes technician today who advised it was normal for 1st batch of cars and didn't offer to upgrade or update software .
I challenged his explanation and hes left it to me to prove/disprove if other users with cars in that delivery timeline have similar issues .?
sent an complaint email to mercedes uk but i suspect they won't lift a finger unless I push with evidence .
That sounds wierd... I know that I'm not from the UK but Denmark, and my C220d W206 rolled off the production line 5. month of 2021, and I do have the radio/music showing in the classic dials/dash.
I wouldn't purchase any W206 until all companies get back to where they were with lack of chipsets. Your car is probably impacted by the lack of chipsets for all the newer Benz. All car manufactures are going through the same thing so I would stay away until I can order what I can and get it. I'm in Canada and we don't even have the Newer C43/C63 yet because of chip shortages.
