2023 C300 Backup Camera Screen

I own a 2023 C300, when I put the car in reverse I only get a half screen image, is this normal? I am thinking that it should be a full screen.

This is normal. Some dealers still include pictures of the backup camera if you'd like to compare.

The backup camera is even smaller with the 360 parking package.

This looks so odd without the 360° camera. The empty space you see is where you can control the rest of the cameras. The camera quality looks lower, too.

Looks like your car is a Premium Trim, which only has a basic backup camera. This all gets a lot richer starting with the Exclusive Trim, which includes PARKTRONIC and 360 cameras. You get the 360 view and can select between different camera views for the front, rear and sides as well as let the car park itself.

Thank you for your reply. Does anyone own a 2022 or 2023 C300 premium trim that can share a picture of their screen when the car is in reverse?

Hmmm OP as others mentioned since you don't have the 360 camera, it looks like that nothing is wrong with your car. However, it does seem like you are in the wide angle view mode, tap the icon to the left of "Rear Camera Image. Check surroundings!" to change it to the normal view and see if that changes anything at all?

Yes, it went from wide screen to normal but did not change the dimensions of the screen. Since I originally posted this question I have looked at other C300s and as the gentleman from an earlier reply had mentioned, my screen is normal. Thanks to all that replied. Have a great weekend 😀.
