Wireless car play for the C300 Cpe.
Went to the dealer to learn how to set up wireless car-play. Was told that the early 2023 Two door C300 cars aren’t capable to go wireless. Aggravated to find this out a month after I buy the car. Was told only the 4 door cars are capable of the wireless car play. Does this surprise anyone else ?

No surprise. The 2-door, aka coupe is still the C205 generation. The 4-door sedan is the new W206 generation. MB discontinued the coupe for the new generation. It will be replaced with the new recently announced CLE model, which will have the same cabin tech as the W206 sedan. Your coupe has COMAND NTG 5.5, whereas the 2023 sedan has MBUX. There are adapters on amazon/etc that can convert wired to wireless CarPlay, it’s pretty much plug and play, sometimes they don’t work the best but would be worth trying if it were me.
