Imported c200 with failure of Internet connection and mercedes me not working
I have recently purchased a used car c200 w206 2023 in egypt, which was previously owned by someone in Germany. This means that the car was originally exported from Germany and was not originally intended for the Middle Eastern market.However, I am facing an issue with the Mercedes Me app. Despite connecting the car to the internet, the app in the car isnot functioning and displays an error message stating "Internet connection not available." I am seeking assistance in identifying the cause of this problem and finding a solution to fix it.
i cant even create a user profile
Gps is showing nothing I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide insights into the possible reasons behind this issue and offer guidance on how to resolve it. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

The service is not available in Egypt, despite that this is a service of Vodafone. You can check it out at https://internetinthecar.vodafone.com
Regarding SatNav, at a guess your car is not equipped with the map for Egypt. If you can connect the car via a hotspot you might be able to download the needed map via MercedesMe but it will depend on whether there is an active maps subscription or whether you see an option to buy.

Not entirely correct: Internet In The Car is available across Europe regardless of the market within Europe in which the car was sold: https://www.vodafone.com/business/io...net-in-the-car
