Has anyone retrofited the Digital Headlights (Hardware) instead of the normal LED headlights ? Is it a simple job with same cables and plugs or are different cables/modules needed also ?

I know to get the full benefit of them you have to activate the service with my connect. I would assume the option would also need to be activated on the car. I would ask Mercedes before purchasing the headlights or if you know someone who has them, trade with them and see what happens? Trial and error. Worst case the swapped headlights will work like your original headlights. Sorry I know I'm not much help, but I am also interested in knowing this.
