Trunk lid opening on its own
It’s happened twice now that I have woken up to find the trunk lid all the way open (I have the power opening and closing trunk). The car is always parked in my garage and both times the car was locked and mirrors were folded in, but the trunk was just open somehow. Anyone got any idea why this is happening? So far it’s only happened while the car is parked in my garage, I cannot have this happening at a public parking lot.

So it has only happened when the keys are in range of the car?
Hold The lock button down on the keys and quickly press the unlock button twice. That will turn off the key. Does that stop it happening? If it does maybe something is triggering the kick sensor by the rear bumper.
