Really hope they update MY22-24 cars with MBUX 3. The center airbag is nice I guess, I personally don’t really care for it. I wonder what “MB-Tex Steering Wheel” is, option L3M. It’s listed under the optional section of what’s new, but I can’t find any info on it anywhere else.

I don't think MBUX 3 will be a simple software update, it's technically an entire generation of system. On the other hand, aside from the "routines", the only real differecne is the badge for the apps, MBUX really is so good (in my opinion) that I guess MB wanted to generally keep it the same. At least this will still have the constant climate buttons.
Interesting to see MB-Tex steering wheel as an option, I wonder if all MB-Tex comfort interiors will have it or if it will be a free option.
So excited to see nappa leather back! One of my gavorite options.
Notable that AR is no longer listed in pinnacle (nor as a standalone, not even as a late availablilty option). Eaton has highlighted earlier in the E Class thread that there are some major parts shortages for it and the dashcam that relies on it. Also no mention of enhanced ambient lighting as a standalone or part of exclusive/pinnacle.
I'm not a massive fan of Alpine Gray but that's cool for those that are, and the center airbag is finally for the US after being on many other market's cars for years now. Still don't really know what it is though lol. It's code 325 for those curious.

Agreed on Alpine grey, it’s too common across the industry and kind of looks like primer with clear coat. The center airbag is an airbag between the driver seat and front passenger seat that goes off in the event of a side impact collision.
