I have placed a reserve on a W206 C300 Premium Plus. Car was built in 2022 and so unfortunately due to chip shortages is missing the Burmester sound system. Is there any way of telling from the factory spec sheet what audio system is fitted in the car - I have looked through and nothing is noted.
Any assistance would be a great help so I can decide whether to go ahead with the purchase.
Spec sheet attached - I’m going to view the car on Saturday and the dealership aren’t 100% sure what system is fitted.

If you are located in US, there are only two audio systems available. Base and burmester. It’s easy to spot the difference because cars equipped with burmester have the metal speaker covers.
European spec cars have also an Advanced audio system that sits between the base and burmester.

Thanks mate. I’m located in the UK so adds a layer of uncertainty since there are 3 options here: the base system, the midline system and the Burmester.
It’s clear the car doesn’t have the Burmester from images (noting the silver speaker covers) but no mention on the spec sheet of anything related to the sound system.
No silver covered speakers means no Burmeister. And the spec sheet will specifically call out a Premium Sound system indicating a Burmeister installed. So if none of these two are found, easy call - no Burmeister
