Very rough bumpy ride

Hello, I owned a C200 2022 AMG but sold it and bought the 2023 AMG for interior color and some more options, the 2 cars are W206 comfort chassis, the 2 are new, the 2 have same rims and same RFT/MOE tyres but different brands, the problem is the new one is not comfortable at all, very rough and bumpy on uneven roads, that I feel I’m losing control and handling, there is a huge difference in comfort and I have no idea what it is. I usually drive on the same roads so the difference is very clear to me, I tried to compare the two data cards of the cars and they are both the same in that regard, any idea what the problem could be? Dealer says nothing wrong
I don’t think the tyre brand could do that huge difference since both are MOE , old one Bridgestone, new one Pirelli , the only thing I’m thinking of is may be mercedes changed the brand of the suspension components? The new one is Monroe but I didn’t see the old one, but not sure is that is the issue, any help?

From what you’re describing, check to see if the shipping delivery foam blocks are still tucked up into the springs… it happens more often that you think.
after that, check the tire pressures on the new car, sounds over inflated. Forgot the psi/air specs on the door jam, go by the psi/bar specs on the gas cap and set all four tires to lightest load set point.

It could be the tire pressures causing the rough ride. The tires are often over-inflated from the factory, park the vehicle overnight and in the morning, adjust the tire pressures to the values indicated on the gas fuel door, not the driver side pillar. Basically check the tire pressures when cold and inflate based on the cold tire pressures shown.

Another possibility that I seen around the fourms is the transport hooks/plugs/caps (forgot the actual name) weren't removed during pre-delivery insprction.

Not sure where that is located but Is that something the dealers could have missed even after they double checked the suspension components torque etc?

I honestly can't remember what they are called but they are like bright orange or something.
