Close range break not available (maneuvering break assist)
Original car is only with reverse camera , retrofitted with 360 camera.
You mentioned the 360 camera being retrofitted. I suspect this is the culprit as not only hardware is swapped, but coding to the car is also performed. I would follow up with who ever retrofitted the parking package to your car and ask if all systems were coded properly. For maneuvering assist to work, the camera, radars, and brakes must all be in communication. It may be as simple as the installer forgetting to enable connection to the brakes when coding.
Also, your images showed that active park assist is not available. Did your mechanic also install radars to the front and rear bumpers when adding the cameras? If there are no radars, maneuvering assist cannot function.

I have added SA code 501 to my dataset and performed SCN update yet the problem still persist.

I understand. After hearing that the camera and radars were added ex-factory, I am still convinced that the issue with close-range braking lies in the software. If all cameras and sensors have been added, try searching for extra software switches in DTS.
You can also take it to an official MB dealer without mentioning that anything was retrofitted/modified ex-factory. Ask them why the close-range maneuvering is not accessible in the settings and request they repair under warranty.
