Anyone else have similar feelings about the huge size of the headrest blocking the view? I have to move my head all the way to the steering wheel and all the way back and still you can not see 100%.

Does moving the seat back or front and/or tilting the seat help?

2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ECU dyno tune; EDOK TCU tune; BB intakes; sprintbooster
In a similar seat configuration this is in every car

just move the seat forward as per @W205C43PFL and crisis averted

This is one reason why I don't like sedans and prefer coupes. I'm 5'11" and pretty much in every sedan I have the B-pillar right next to my face blocking visibility. With coupes, the door is longer, so the B-pillar is behind the seat and I have much better visibility.

but that's the most comfortable position for both the front and rear seats.

Um I am not sure what to do than adjusting driver seat.

Yes, the only b-pillar-less MB vehicles left are the C217 S Class coupe and C238 E class coupe which just recently got discontinued as well which is a shame.

I definitely agree! I had a 2020 w205 before my current 2023 w206 and the B-pillar is a major blind spot unlike the previous model. Have you tried the automatic seat adjustment in the comfort settings? After setting it to my height and tweaking it a little, I have more visibility but still rely on my blindspot assist. Also, I was surprised when the automatic adjustment raised my seat, since I'm 6'1 and always drop my seat to the bottom. I was able to see more once it raised me.

Thank you for this silly answer. Ummm, are you driving with full occupancy every time? Any issue with the passenger just readjusting when they are present? Not worried about the blind spots created by the passengers? Do you have everyone lay down in the car so the windows are clear? Its really easy, move the seat, or sell the car...or get rid of the princess that cant adjust the seat. This should only be a problem mentioned if as others have stated, it effects the driver in the driver seat with the driver b pillar, but in this case, the driver should know their height and the issues that may arise in certain cars. Not trying to be a dick but really, this is a silly silly issue of not wanting to adjust an unoccupied seat while knowing any occupied seat reduces view even further.

Now that you mentioned it, oh ya OP could use the passenger memory seat function and memorize the current position then set it to that whenever the passenger returns.
