Mercedes me app now only $150 annual fee no monthly option

I want to get remote start for December January and February but I guess you have to buy the whole year. Plus many of the features my car don’t even have. If they don’t offer the monthly why it still shows on the website. It say I can purchase it before 30 days the current term expires.

I thought I heard the monthly is no longer available, unless you were already on the monthly subscription. So it's there for those that were grandfathered in. The UX is not the best. Also, I'm not sure you could ever switch from an active annual subscription to a monthly. I think you first had to let the annual expire and then start fresh with a monthly. They keep changing their plans. At first they had a-la-carte options with a few packages. Remote Start was it's own package for $35/year, but then they switched to the all inclusive package that it is now.

maybe the previous owner had a subscription but I am not sure. Now the car and app is in my name already so if there’s an active subscription it should transfer over but I doubt that will happen with Mercedes. The previous owner had prepaid maintenance and that didn’t transfer over. $15 per month and I might use it for 3 months but $135 for a year is a no go.
