Engine light on C300E

Hello!
I have a 2024 C300E sedan that I have had for 6 months and put 500km on the engine, while only using the electric engine for the rest. A few days ago the check engine light came on and I took it to a workshop for an OBD scan and got the following codes that could be the issue (pictures attached):P166060
U112087

When searching, I understand that it may be the PTSU and that the voltage from the battery is the issue. The voltage from the battery read as 11.9V. Am I correct in this assumption? Shouldn't the battery light come on instead?

Any help is useful, thank you

I don't know about the E, but my C300 2024 has an issue where the Check Engine Light comes on EVERT TIME the car downloads an update automatically over the air. The Service Techs just shake their heads, blame Mercedes engineers, and clear it. It's happened three times in the past year. That's three loaners while they figure it out. They say that some cars do it and some cars need to be brought in for updates. I'm not saying that is your issue, but it's worth looking into. Oh, and mine throws up a voltage issues as well. All goes away when they clear it.

The app says that there is a OTA update but when checking in the car it says that there is no updates available. It is really strange

If it automatically downloaded an engine update, that can cause the icon to pop up. It seems to include gas and e types, but only certain ones. I doubt you would get any kind of update info on the app.

Low 12V battery can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins. 11.9V is low, try charging and conditioning the battery. A full battery should read about 14V.
As olddude said the app is crap, car companies don't make good software (except Tesla, and the cars are dubious). Rely on what the car says

I also had, at times, low voltage. And I bought a very good charger to be sure the battery was working. When I took the car in the first time for this, the tech checked my voltage and said it was low. But the end result was that OTA updates were causing all of the issues. If you take your car in, ask the tech to tech and see if updates have recently been applied.

I had a similiar problem- multiple loaners and still the problem repeated. They ended up upgrading the software on a crap ton of modules and that seems to have silenced the problem. The car functioned fine the entire time.
