My turbo got red hot after two pulls is that normal?

Idk oil temps seemed normal 100-111 Celsius

Normal. Exhaust gases can reach 1,700F or higher under heavy load, which causes the turbine side to glow red.

I know that this happens to turbos but that quickly seems weird, I was thinking to add VP cool down to my cooling system to help cool things down but I couldn't find a Min or a Max on my coolant reservoir.

Normal when High HP demand from engine like a dyno pull where you max out engine demand to see what she's got.

That is why when you about to park car for long periods of time after drive:
Drive smooth & slowly to keep turbo from spooling up and getting hot.

Reminds me of turbo timer days for this reason, turbos needs to be cooled down after a spirited drive.

Yep - my fave was the Blitz SBC-iD with a GReady turbo timer......not too infrequently I will let the car run in the garage for a few minutes to cool my turbos (in three of my cars). The big one has a MASSIVE turbo and I have never really considered its temps. That said, there is a water pump in our GLS and my E63 that continue to move water after the engine is shut down. I have to assume the C has the same thing?????

Good question, will need someone to look at the engine technical docs for more information.

MB’s of all kinds.
Normal. Especially since the turbos are providing you with that high amount of power needed to conduct those hard pulls. After the pulls are done pull off let the turbos cool down a bit and park it.
