Hey guys, we are offering a FREE set of 20" Vossen Wheels for the FIRST lowered 2012 CLS550 or CLS63 that can come to our facilities in Miami. All we ask in exchange is allowing us to do a photo and video shoot of your CLS.
-Car must be lowered
-The whole process will take about 2 to 4 hours
-We will NOT need to drive your car… you will be in full control of your car at all times.

The issue has already been handled. It was a miscommunication with one of our EX-Employees.
I will have ask Titan316 post a reply later today showing that we took care of the problem...

I have to chime in here on Vossen's customer service. For one, they have been very professional and quick to respond to issues and questions I had. If you recall, back some months ago I had some cracked wheels that hit a pot hole and split in half, literally.
Jav/Ben @ Vossen not only responded the next day after they saw the pics, but they offered free shipping to send the wheels to them, and sent replacements at no charge. They could have argued it was not a defect, it was my fault, or a lot of excuses several wheel shops do, but no..they dealt with the issue in an expeditious manner.
On the matter at hand, it would do good for Vossen to get a response on here about the free wheels promised to clear that up, sure. I just wanted to put up my experience with them.

As for the issue on the M3post... it has already been resolved with TITAN316. He told me that tomorrow he is going to post a response stating that we resolved the issue. He is actually coming to our facilities next week to get a set of CV3's for his F10 5-series.
We are vendors on over 20 forums... you can search the entire web and you will see we do not have any unsatisfied customers.
