2012 CLS 63 Wheel Info
Hi all -
I'm about to order a 2012 63, and I was hoping to have my wheels and tires ready to go when she gets here. Therefore, I need to know what other people are running re: wheels & tires (offsets, max width - in either 19 or 20).
Thanks!!!

a car that gets very poor gas mileage.
I'd like to know the answer to this as well.
For what it's worth, for aftermarket wheels on this car, I wouldn't go smaller than 20". It's a big wheel well.
I think 9" up front and 11" on the rears are correct, but the offset will greatly affect the dimensions you end up with.

Yeah I have seen quite a few pics of the car on 20's and the wheel well must have def. gotten bigger because the tires for 20's seem to be fatter. I'm thinking they can accommodate 21's easily.
Well the wheel base is 112.40 for the old model and 113.20 for the new model. Hmm, Doesn't seem that big of a difference.

CLS 63 AMG C218, Lamborghini LP560
21" by far to big..... stock is
9x19 et 37
10x19 et 47
right now i have 8.5 x 20 with 255 30 20 and 10x20 with 285 25 20 BUT only because there was nothing in the market yet as the car is brand new and i didnt want to run on stock wheels as i put on winter tires on these.
but i am not happy
will go now with 9.5 x 20 ET 25 and 11x 20 ET 33 with 275 30 20 and 305 25 20 (swiss restrictions, no more than 30mm between front and rear wheels difference, exept if stock is larger aswell). you cant roll here with 255s and 305 in the rear.... dont say it.. i know.. it does not make any sense
