yeah! wow, I like this car's body much more now after seeing these videos....
I've always been a huge fan of the cls......
these videos were great.....how many miles on that thing so far?
the lights on the bridge kept my attention as well, amazing to see how fast you guys reached them.....must be awesome to be able to open your cars up like that with those nice smooth, illuminated highways!

keep having fun! thanx for sharing

S63 bi turbo with performance package showed more than 500RWHP on dyno according to one magazine and it was stock.

i think it is underrated as always from MB.

Sick. Does anyone know if the carbon ceramic brakes would bolt on to a car without them? They're not DOT approved for the US, and it's the only option I couldn't get...

Awesome vids!

I think the CLS63 + PP is burning the new M5 in a drag

That would just about send Gustav to the crazy farm.

We'll have to wait until late 2011-early 2012, though, to see if that's true.

What????

They were standard on the Carrera GT/GT-2/458 Italia and sold in the states????

That doesn't even make sense. They are an option here in Canada for $13,750

Sorry - let me clarify - they are listed as ~$12k on the ordering guide dealerships have, but they cannot currently be installed on a US delivery vehicle (this is what I was told by the guy that called AMG to make sure the CF spoiler would be added, even though it popped up as not available on the ordering program). The story I heard was that they are not yet / may not ever be US DOT approved.

The new ClS 63 with perf pack trapped 122 in the mags. No joke the C63 needs long tubes.

No doubt.
I get the feeling Mercedes knows this thing is going to sell. So if you don't buy it, they know someone else will. At least for now while it's still the new kid on the lot.

That will change with the '12 E63 AMG, I'm thinking.

C'mon we know Gustav will pull a fast one like he always does. It'll probably be a highly tuned M5 that he claims is "stock" vs the CLS63 PP... Gustav is a tool.

I wonder how that race would go from a stop?
Very strong! Nice.

HP sells cars, TQ wins races.

What I'd really like to see is a Weistec 63 vs. this beast!

I'm torn between these two cars. They are my only choices come early next year.

Jury is out on this one for sure--- will need to see the cars on the ground racing... paper speculation is worth just that- the value of the paper.
