Ali, when a vehicle is manufactured, Mercedes Benz or any other manufacture does not have an engineer sitting at the end of the production line dynoing/tuning each vehicle. I apologize.
The difference between the Performance package and non-PP is that the PP has been tweaked up a bit more. To answer your question, the CLS63 TT ECU is exactly the same for both PP and non-PP, with an end result of total gains posted above.
