This engine is insane! I barely even get on it and it's ready to romp!!
I could not even imagine having a V12!!!!

I have the C219 (btw, fix your profile :P), and yeah, the car is an absolute monster. I'm coming from a Civic lol (stock), so you can only imagine...You planning on doing any mods in the future?

you mean the c219? what is mine then? they don't go backwards do they?
thanx.....

not sure about mods: side markers, some wheels maybe......probably these Vossens
I have.......
V1 hardwire.....not sure what else, maybe a euro diffuser if I can find a good one....

The CLS body style that came out in 2006 is the C219 and the one you have good sir is C218. I don't know why they went backwards on this one either.

I'm totally jealous of you! Can't wait to pick one up in the near future.

i drive them all, fast and hard
not the vossens, put them on the E, get som HRE's or leave the stock forged , they are great too

I second the jesus. These cars are brutal fast.

Not much else in the market you can throw a tune on and create a rocket ship.

nah.....I wouldn't want those on my 550.....
and hre's are really nice...
and I do agree the stock forged are great, they're beefy as hell; something that can't be deciphered from pictures....

We weighed the HRE P40SC - 20x11 for Vic55's CLS63 .. came in at 22.4 lbs !!

There is still a huge weight savings by upgrading to a set of HRE's.

My V12TT with a ECU / TCU tune rocks for sure, still I'd love to have a new CLS TT, but they are just more that I am willing to spend on a car. Maybe in a 2 years when they are 1/2 price ?

For now I'll enjoy reading about all of yours

Edit: Those are winter tires, so imagine a lower profile for normal tires.

They're the previous generation. Vic's are the 2-ish month old style (described as more conical). Still a huge weight savings over stock.
