How do LSD and ESP work together/ against each other? With ESP On? ESP off?
Do most of you guys leave ESP OFF all the time? Thanks so much for everyone's help. Much more info available here than the dealerships.

I'm not an expert but I think the lsd is about the distribution of power between both rear wheels to reduce spinning while the esp kicks in when the car body gets out of line with the car trajectory by reducing engine torque and/or applying brakes to a wheel. Two different things working together...hope it helps.

 

I leave ESP on or sport. Haven't really noticed a difference. Too scared to turn it off.

Passive or more active like the new M5 they refer to?
