a buddy of mine has decided to pick up a lambo and he is ditching his 2012 CLS63

These are the lease details. I've never looked into a CLS but i'm intrigued.

Is this a good deal?

My opinion… (I do not lease)
I do not think it is a good deal.
@ The end of the lease that car will have cost about $106k if you purchase it and do not go over the allowed mileage.
You can pick up a used one for < $100k with < mileage.

If you can afford it, do what you want.

But for that kind of money, just get a 2013.
