None of us swap out hi performance cars every 1 to 3 years because it is a good investment. We do it because it is one of the rewards for working so hard and a hobby we are passonate about. Some people knit.

Any high performance car is going to have crushing depreciation in the first 2 years (including the P cars). You can manage it a little by getting a good deal on the buyside and selling privately (as I did in my case) but you just have to accept a pay to play attitude if you want to roll in the newest and fastest ride you can afford.

Where are those pics of the TTS!!!

So far very, very happy with that thing, performance is just otherworldly and traction seems limitless.
What shocked me the most though,is the incredible stability at speed, something that was not a well known trait in previous Turbos.

Worth the $$,more sensitive, earlier warning then 9500,better filtration of false alarms, automatic audio reminder of speed limit wherever you are.

Absent that 991TT-S is purely amazing. I have had 3 previous generation Turbos and now have a 991C4S on a whim. YOu are so right about the stability at 160 plus; the 991 Chassis has advanced incredibly with the wheel base, pushing the engine slightly forward, lowering the roof line, and other adjustments. I remember my 996 was a floatation over 160 at times and even the 997.2 TT as well but this car is a grabber. No wonder the C2S was the drivers car of the year in 2012 and the C4S in 2013. I got the C4S to fill a gap prior to my GT3 which comes next year but Im rethinking the Turbo....

Congrats again but how did they get you on the front plate?

I know,I know...
Please understand that it is my daily driver,I will put close to 20k miles in just a year on it and I am really worn out dealing with cops here, getting the ticket EVERY time I park my car with no plate in front.
I could live with that on my weekend warriors (like 458) but with daily driver I just don't have the energy......

Plates transferred from CLS,besides,in Illinois new car dealers have plates on site,no more temp stickers on the window.

Great looking car. I love the new look of the 991 and the look alike MB exhaust .
I can't stomach the 180K sticker. I need to work smarter to make more $$$.
