Got my CLS63 s-amg!
Finally did it, and the time for it was perfect. I have adored this cars looks for 2 years and now when the came out with the s model i had to make the change from my cl63. Must say that the new cls is the best car i have ever driven. Its the perfect car for me, i use it as a DD and its comfortable enough for long drives but fast/sporty as s..ttt when you want it to!
Im hoping for a comparison test with the CLS against the new ferrari FF. Both are four wheel drive and seat four. Fast as hell. Big price difference (also weight, gearbox in favor of the ferrari) and some could say they cant be compared but id still like to see it. the new cls has so much grip and is so fast, i usually dont get over excited abouth things but i am really impressed. cant wait to take it to a track. Amazing job Mercedes!!
I havent driven it too much yet but the first impression is as you can tell, really good. I have had a few amgs before and i always feel that their gearbox should be quicker and now its 100ms in manual mode which is good but i think that is something amg still needs to improve on with their cars as i find their gearboxes are good but not as good as competitors (bmw, porsche, ferrari etc). Nevertheless this is the best and quickest amg-gearbox i have driven so im not complaining just stating that this car is so fast you almost feel it needs a supercar gearbox. When you think about it, i can now beat my friends lamborghini gallardo in a 0-60 race and that is pretty impressive for a car that weighs this much and is more suited to be a DD.
Mine is diamond white (black interior)and i will put my own touch on it so bare with me i wont post pics until its done
If u have any questions about the car i will be happy to answer.

Can't wait to see the pics. Is the rear rims' width still 10" or has the width been decreased down to 9.5" as someone had mentioned?

i believe its printed on the inside of the wheel. lol
it does say on mercedes amg website that the 2014 cls63 wheels are 19x9 front and 19x10 rear.
the 2014 e63 are listed as still having 9.5" rears.
then again, the same website lists the weight of the '14 cls63 4matic as 1870 kg and the e63 as 1940 kg...? when isnt the CLS is supposed to be about 60-70 lbs heavier than the E?

Sorry those are crap-quality pics. At some point i will take better ones when i just find a bit of time and also have done some work on the car (not doing too much but i little paint here and there for example black emblems etc).
