Car pulls to right under heavy acceleration? Also bluetooth issues?

Car pulls to right under heavy acceleration? Also bluetooth issues?
Hi Everyone,
I recently upgraded to a 2014 CLS 63 S-AMG 4-matic, and noticed that when under heavy acceleration from a dead stop the car noticably pulls to the right. I bought the car certified pre-owned so I assume the alignment is in check, and I've checked the tire pressure and everything is in order.
Anyone experience this same issue? Wondering if it is just a quirk or whether I need to have the alignment double checked.
Also, anyone have any issues with the bluetooth audio cutting in and out? I have the sound system linked to my iPhone and it always cuts in and out for a split second, as if a CD were skipping.

I had the same problem with my CPO 2012.
I took it back to the dealer and they re-aligned my tires.
But first take it out on the flattest roadway you can find and see if the car drifts.
The skipping of the Bluetooth audio, is a reception issue with the phone.
