Suspension Issue, Need Help!

Okay, I have been having this issue for some time now. I’m not a Benz expert but it for sure looks like it needs a recalibration. The car doesn’t lower when parked, it also only lowers the front when in sport mode and leave the back as you see it which makes it look even dumber when I’m driving. This is my daily, I’m interested in lowering it with the Star program as well. The right side sits a 1/2 inch higher than the left (measured) causing it to sit lean. Please help!!!! I’m in Brooklyn and I’m willing to drive to a shop that’s close to have a look.
