Need Help: Can't seem to open/remove spark plugs
I am in middle of replacing the spark plugs and on the very final step - i.e., removing the old ones. And this is where I am having the hardest time. I do have the right socket (14mm, 12 point, thin wall deep socket). Due to the fact that the spark plugs are so deep into the cylinder that they are not visible, I have to get a feel for the socket and ensure it's sitting right on the spark plug. I believe it is, however, even after applying a good amount of force, they are not turning loose. I am turning the wrench counter-clockwise (left).
Not sure if I should apply even more force???? Don't want to damage anything......I have tried unscrewing two of them that are relatively easier to reach but haven't been able to remove even those.
Any advice?

So last night, I called a buddy of mine to help. More than anything else, it was really an operator error. Because of the confined space, I was using a couple extensions with my wrench and as a result, the force was not being applied directly at the spark plugs. Once we figured that out, they all came out!!
