Anyone replaced exterior black B pillar molding?

Anyone replaced exterior black B pillar molding?
The black B-pillar moldings seem to get odd spider web cracks after time and UV exposure. Looks like has three bolts, with nuts accessed taking out
interior trim. Anyone have any experience replacing 'em? About $140 each from dealerships....
