m157 engine with burnt valve "help
my 2012 CLS63 AMG with 60k cylinder 5 is misfiring and i found out that the valves are burnt .. has anyone had theirs fix and whats the cost they pay to to fix?

is yours tuned? iirc, that seems to be an issue with cylinders 1 and 5 with tuned cars pushing more boost (which equals increased heat on those cylinders due to their proximity to the turbos). my boy had it happen and the warranty company just bought the car from him, rather than fixing it. hope yours isnt as catastrophic.
