Possible Oil Leak Near Crank Pulley CLS63s (M157) Need Advice

Hey everyone,
I have a 2016 Mercedes M157 (CLS63). While inspecting the front of the engine, I noticed this area near the crank pulley/harmonic balancer looks greasy, with some buildup (see attached picture).

I haven’t noticed any oil puddles or spots where I park the car.

Is this likely an oil leak (front main seal or something else), or is this kind of grime normal for a 10+ year-old car?

Any input would be appreciated.

ENGINE FRONT LEAK

this looks mint!

Check your front upper timing covers for leaks.

These covers get resealed during tensioner replacement else enough oil ends down inside the alternator....Bank1 on passenger side.
