Vibration at 80mph

Vibration at 80mph
Al 4 tires are around 80% new with road fotce balance. When I go over 80mph, I feel the vibration and the faster I go the more I feel. The car is 50k miles, I checked the control arms bushings and they look solid to me. The ball joints are not expensive but the labor is. I try to search for videos for W218 ball join and/or controll arm replacement but didn't find anything. Has anyone done trhis? Or a procedusre I can follow? While they are there, should I replace the front lower control arms? They are kinda expensive.

One possible solution is taking your wheels and getting them all checked for imbalance. Ran into this issue due to terrible roads in California, and it made a substantial difference in vibration feedback. Start there as its the most cost-effective solution.
