Other then the side vent, I like it.

How is the rear?

I don't know. This is the only pic I've found. The front bumber looks good(as the one from IndenDesign does), because it is deep, look better than the stock one which is to high for my taste.

I'm awaiting more information. I wonder if the Wald bumper is just an add-on as before or what.

I am almost positive that the it is a lip. Looking by the pic, you can see the lip. It looks just like my car's front end. Anyways I'm with everyone else too, ditch the side vents and it looks good...
