did some mods, minor on my MBs

what does the group think of the smoked side markers on my CLS55 and the clear markers on my E500 wagon?

Also what about those chrome pipes extension on the wagon?

Bonus points for those who can spot the mod on the front of the E500 wagon. Apologies for the Treo photo quality

the cls is absolutely sick!!!! might i suggest lowering it a bit. Nothing too crazy just enough to clear the space.

the CLS was raised because they are paving my lane. Usually its lowered to about 0.25" above the top of the wheel

Very nice where did you get the smoked lenses on the CLS. I would like to do that on my SL55??

arent they just the regular ones painted body color?

btw when the lights are on does the orange get throught the paint?

I got my clear markers on eBay

The CLS side markers are from www.smokedlamps.com. They are not just painted body color. they are supposedly painted a "smoked" grey. they still showed up as a fainted orange color when lighted up

I checked the web site and found that they only go to the'02 model year for Mercedes.

its easy, just pop it out as per the instructions in your owners manual. However, when you are prying it out, you'd swear that you will break something, but you won't
