Hibernation mode
Yes they have one. It's when you disconnect the neg. terminal off the battery. Disconnect and remove the ecu. Send away. Mine is in hibernation mode.
Hope to have it back in a couple of days. And then, pulley time!!!
Looking at the car... what a strange feeling... it seems so quiet... very strange sensation.

im most likely going to go with kleeman as well.
what made u choose them and what other tuner were u considering?
i read somewhere that kleeman supplies the superchargers that Mercedes uses on their amg cars. not sure if thats 100% true or not.

Schiznick is right. Kleemann doesn't supply the superchargers for Mercedes.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but although the AMG 55 unit and the Kleemann both have a belt-driven Lysholm screw-type supercharger, they are sourced from different suppliers.

IC heatexchanger install is next. Oct-2nd, and 3rd. we've conceded that it is just going to take 2 days to do it right.

The sad, simple fact is I have no before or after dyno.
That is why I can't wait for Speed Thrills to post his after dyno results. To go along with his before dyno.
I believe he is doing the exact same thing I did. (kleemann K1)
It would be my humble opinion that the car is quicker now.
the car is fast, now it is faster, Feels quicker... more responsive.
Hopefully the hp is a 50 hp increase. (469 to 520). 520 sounds so much better than 519...
Best part is we'll have a good idea how much of an increase in hp and torque this mod adds. Speed Thrills is officially the man
