With the little knowledge I gathered on this forum I would say that since the 63 engine isn't muffled by turbochargers the good folks @ AMG can make it sound just the way they want. Should be able so sound very similar, or equal to the blown 55 engine.
But you never know what those crazy scientists are up to...

For a given engine, the exhaust sound will primarily be determined by the exhaust system (from the exhaust manifold/headers to the tail pipe outlet). Adding a SC to that given engine will do little to impact the sound.
To some extent, though, an engine's sound can be modulated by the exhaust valve timing. For example, if the exhaust valve is opened sooner (which is sometimes done on forced-induction engines to increase blowdown), the exhaust tone can have a deeper, more knarly sound.
Whether one engine will sound better than another engine will be in the ears of the beholder. The best you can say is they will probably sound different.

The E55 and the CLS55 have the same engine, but the CLS sounds better IMO. If they can change the exhaust note for the same engine in different cars, they can probably make the 63 sound however they want. The 63 is going to have its power at higher RPM's and that's certainly going to have an effect on its sound.
