Anyone know of dealers in Arizona who will do it ? I asked a service tech at Schumacher who didn't recommend it -- he actually went on to suggest the washer method instead!
I could always drive to Beverly Hills, or fly Steve here during one of his California trips...
The modules are tempting but am holding off because of cost and potential warranty issues.

I had the tech at the dealership try to lower my car with the star diag, but it would not keep the settings and go back to the normal height. We did this during his lunch break and spent the whole time trying to get it to accept the settings. Could you please post how to get star to accept the new setting, so other people that cannot go to your dealership, could go to their local MB service dept. and get it done there.
