Anyone aware of any in the US? This seems to be one hell of a car, just a bit "over-priced" in my book, but that's just because I can't afford it.

This car has been discussed before in these forums....
I very seriously doubt that one of these will ever make it to the USA unless one is talking autoshows - as these cars usually make the rounds of the various autoshows with Brabus.
I also doubt that they will actually produce any for customers - just like with the EV12, this car is most likely a one-off autoshow-only car, produced to allow a press release and to garner some attention for Brabus at autshows..
Still a neat car.....

I spent 6 mos trying to buy an EV12 - and money was not an issue. A year later, they had STILL not produced a single example for a customer. I can safely conjecture that this modus operandi holds true as well with the SV12.
These cars are just for the resultant press and autoshows -- doesn't make them any less spectacular, but in reality they are not available for purchase.

And with all honesty, the performance figures actually give the car a not "so" bad bang for the buck, yes, you may as well buy a used Murcielago if you're only about the performance, but I don't think that you'll get a car of such capabilities with as much refinement as you get from Brabus, I do believe if I had the means to spend $200+ on a car, the Rocket would be a desired option, not to mention the fact no one around would have one, even if you live in Beverly Hills.

Price of admission on one of these cars (if they would in fact actually produce one for you) is over $400K USD; and the whole point of the car is that it is a 'sleeper' sedan with ultimate performance.
I have posted on the EV12, and have even posted quite a bit of the details on the dealings that never got me a car. I was to obtain one from them, and it would have been the second of these cars that they had ever produced, and the only one in the hands of a customer.
Moral of the story was that they wouldn't produce a car for me in either US Spec or ROW Spec; that they had in fact never intended to produce other than the one showcar (even though it was promoted vigorously in the press as otherwise); and that they wouldn't be producing another, customer car EVER.
I left that little saga with a standing offer of $500K USD if they would ever actually produce one for me in either ROW or US Spec. In two instances since then two of my GM's have been approached with "does he still want one of these?" -- but nothing has come of it yet, and still to this day.
I am sure that nothing has changed since then (last Summer) with the EV12, and that the SV12 is just their next iteration of this tuning treatment to a large MBZ sedan. The SV12 is for press, and autoshows -- and I can just about guarentee you that it is not available to the public, just as the EV12 wasn't.
But they still appear to be neat cars. And I would still take an EV12, and pehaps an SV12, if they would produce them for me.....

I am still interested in obtaining an EV12 - slightly less so in an SV12 (new S65 will serve that niche).
I will be meeting with the leadership of Brabus North America, and with the Brabus leadership in Botrop within the next few months, and will re-address availability again with them at that time.
If I can get one it will most likely be a ROW Spec car which I will keep and use in Europe.
If I do get my hands on one I will post both pics and my impressions of it here on the MBWorld forums.

My favorite quote from the Rocket press release:
top speed of 362.4 km/h, limited electronically for street-legal operation to 350 km/h
225 MPH is way too fast for street driving, so they limit it to 217.
