V Max limiter

Hi Guyz, ok this my sound like a stupid question, I know that all CLS 55s (except the ones with 030 package) comes with a v/max up to 155 MPH, is it possible or easy to remove the v/max without having to upgrade the ecu? and does it void the warranty? Coz I am really dying to get it removed

Yes it can be removed. I do believe that Powerchip does this. You will need to remove and ship the ECU to them so that they can flash it.

As for warranty issues, it will only void the warranty if MB can prove that the flashing of the ECU caused the malfunction, (at least in the US).
