Well gentlemen today I will detail the ride myself. I will use Zaino Bros. I can't remember wich set I bought but worked beautiful on my E320. I will post pics when Im done later today. This will proably be an all day event.

the first two are just after the wash the last three are after 2 hours of 3 coats of wax.

Just came in from a quick turnaround to the midwest. My cousin let me borrow his SUV (red) for a few days on one condition...I couldn't fill it up when I was done. I didn't but I had it detailed in and out incl. engine. He cracked up when I drove it up. Told him I did like he asked.

about an hour after i finished we got some unexpected showers. They lasted for about an hour, then today it rained so hard at the beach(my office) my car if freaking filthy.

No way of telling via pictures how the wax job turned out but I bet the surface is ultra slick!
The weather man apparently was jealous of your ride, hence the reason for the downpour... but unfortunately, it does happen to most of us.
