Thinking about a used CLS55 - reliability?
Hearing horror stories about Mercedes reliability lately.

Does it affect all cars? Some years better than others?

no problems here...only thing is the "check tire pressure" display keeps coming on

e55211 traded in for CLS55
Had the car for 1 year and 4 months, no problem except for the intermittent error message that says "Active lights malfunction" or something to that effect.

Had it for 2 months now no problems whatsoever. Owned a CLS 500 for a year prior to that no problems either, except for a steering wheel sensor change under warranty.
