Help Please: Tire Problems
Ok guyz, my car is just 3 months old, I bought it from the states. Mercedes Benz has a 2 year International Warranty. To make a long story short, about a week ago I felt a vibration while driving, which were from the tires at speeds between 30 to 55 Mph. So I took the car to the dealer yesterday, and I got a call saying that my tires has some kind of spots, I forgot what it was called, he said he get this kind of problem with Pirelli's,which they might have to recall it, but they didn't and instead they informed me that they will replace them with a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE050. I got a bill for the tires. My question is, since the car is still under warranty, aren't the tires are supposed to be covered for such a case?

I don't think tires are warrantied UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES through your stealer, but Pirelli should definitely be able to shed some cash on your situation.
